This weekend we hold our Natwest Rugby Force weekend, startingĀ at 11am, Saturday 23rd June.
There has been an amazing response from clubs to NatWest Rugby Force 2018, with hundreds of clubs signing-up for the series of free workshops, financial support and exciting prizes.
The day will start at 11:00 with sausage sandwiches available to the volunteers. Work will then start on a range of general DIY tasks in and around the clubhouse to make sure that our facailitiy looks great for the summer and the start of the new season. This will include :
– painting fences and goal posts
– varnishing chairs
– strimming
The bar will be open in the afternoon, and work will be finished by 16:05 in time to watch the final England v. South Africa test match. Again, we will be providing sausage sandwiches to the volunteers.
It would be great to see people from all sections of the Club at the event, doing what they can. No special abilities are need – we’ll find something suitable for you.
If you cannot help with the DIY part of the event, then why not come down and watch the game on the TVs, and have a drink with other members ?
