Driffield make the trip to Bradford this afternoon for their North One East league match – a hard day’s work ahead for our 1st team
Bradford have been in good form this season : they have won 6, lost 2. In fact they started, like us, winning 4 on the bounce, before losing to York 39-21 at home, then lost again last week on their travels to Durham 23 – 20.
Last season we lost at Bradford 32 – 29.
Driffield will be looking to continue their strong start making it 6 wins out of 7.
A couple of changes for Driffield as Cooper, Borman and Furbank are all missing so : Cullen starts in the 2nd row for Cooper ; Brant joins the bench for Borman ; Watts starts at 10, with Robinson back at 9 after his week off last week. Jackson replaces the unavailable Blacker on the wing. Henry Furbank makes a welcome return to the bench following his injury.
