Ollie Borman is in the line-up for his 450th 1st team game – he has had over 500 for the club including all teams, a great achievement over 20+ years.  Well done Ollie.

Morley face Driffield on Saturday in a match both teams need to win if they are to keep in touch with York who are opening up a bit of a gap as leaders.

  • Driffield are 1 point and 1 place behind Cleckheaton who have unobtrusively crept into second place and 7 points behind York.
  • Morley are in fourth position, a further 5 points behind Driffield on 47 points.

Morley lost in the away fixture at Driffield 39 – 29, despite scoring four tries but were top of the league in early December with Driffield in 2nd place. 3 consecutive defeats have knocked Morley off top spot and dented their confidence. Driffield have also not won in their last two matches; drawing at home to Durham and losing last week in torrential rain at Kendal.
